Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
